How a project runs

Scope

Send your store link or describe the problem by email. A short call is available if useful. You get a written scope and quote before work starts.

Build

You see progress on a live staging URL from early in the build, not a big reveal at the end. We agree review points so you can give feedback as the work takes shape.

Ship & support

A clear handover when the work is complete. Ownership of custom code transfers after final payment. Ongoing maintenance and further improvements can be agreed separately.
